Meet the team

Ross is the one of the founders of ROCO BBQ. Ross started his career in catering over 18 years ago and has since worked at many of Lincolnshire’s finest restaurants including The Lincoln Hotel, The Castle Hotel and many others.

Hannah is Ross’s wife, co-founder of ROCO BBQ, and the person you’ll usually find at the end of the phone ready to make your event the best it can be! With 15 years experience in the hospitality sector, there are no requests too unusual.

For the sake of confusion, we’re going to name the other Ross, good looking Ross. GL Ross runs the Fat Eddie’s brand although you’ll often find him in the ROCO kitchen cooking up a storm.
