Meet the team
Ross is the one of the founders of ROCO BBQ. Ross started his career in catering over 18 years ago and has since worked at many of Lincolnshire’s finest restaurants including The Lincoln Hotel, The Castle Hotel and many others.
Hannah is Ross’s wife, co-founder of ROCO BBQ, and the person you’ll usually find at the end of the phone ready to make your event the best it can be! With 15 years experience in the hospitality sector, there are no requests too unusual.
Of course, we wouldn’t be where we are now without our mini ROCO team! Meet Olivia, Ronnie and Rory who are our prime testers, and nothing gets by them!
